    Beschreibung: texManager ist eine Textbaustein- und Vorlagenverwaltung für Benutzer, die mit Microsoft Word arbeiten. Es können kleine Textausschnitte oder ganze Dokumente im texManager gespeichert werden, dabei bleiben alle ?Word? spezifischen Eigenschaften wie: Bilder, Felder, Tabellen,Serienbrieffunktion, etc. erhalten. Die Textbausteine werden in separaten Textdatenbanken gespeichert und sind deshalb von den unterschiedlichen Wordversionen unabhängig. Zerstörte oder verlorene Textbausteine durch defekte Vorlagen, gehören der Vergangenheit an. Durch den Einsatz von Kategorien mit beliebiger Verschachtelungstiefe, werden die Texte in übersichtlichen Strukturen abgebildet. texManager ist netzwerkfähig, mehrere Benutzer können gleichzeitig neue Textbausteine anlegen oder bearbeiten. Über die Zugriffssteuerung, können die Schreibrechte einzelner Benutzer eingeschränkt werden. Die Textbausteindatenbanken können beliebig verteilt werden, entweder zentral im Netzwerk oder lokal auf dem PC. Die Textbausteine können direkt aus dem Dokument aufgerufen und gespeichert werden, dabei wird die Autotextfunktion von Word ersetzt. Zu jedem Textbaustein kann ein eigenes Wordmakro abgelegt werden, das beim Einfügen gestartet wird und so umfangreiche textabhängige Automationsvorgänge ermöglicht.
